Job Title: Female Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, colleagues, suppliers and partners organizations
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and product exhibitions
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
• Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition
• Using the full marketing mix for the company's marketing communications
• Monitoring on-going campaign expenses against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio
• Arranging the effective distribution of products
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and writing reports
• Producing an accurate summary of total expenditure at the end of a marketing campaign.
• Undertaking detailed on-going analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
• Assisting in the production of on-going competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion for each conference and exhibition.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND in relevant fields
• At least two years' experience in marketing or sales
• Candidates must reside on the island.

Remuneration
N40, 000 plus monthly commission.

Job Title: Showroom (General) Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Brief

• We are looking for a results-driven manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
• You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Staff will ensure excellent customer service at all times & resolution of customer complaints.
• Must ensure a smooth operation of the day to day activities of the Showroom.
• Identify research and analysis process problems, recommend changes, develop solutions with all concerned stakeholders.
• Identifying customer requirements by establishing a relationship with customers to understand service requirements.
• Ensure staff & customers are in a safe and clean environment.
• Secure goods by implementing security measures and systems.
• Motivate sales team to meet or exceed sale goals
• Maintains store staff by hiring, training, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring & appraising jobs.
• Maintenance of stock inventories.
• Assess overall company performance against targets
• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

Requirements

• A First Degree / HND in relevant field
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Must be matured with very good marketing and people management skills.
• Excellent administrative, written and spoken communication skills
• The candidate must possess good managerial qualities and must be able to promote and uphold the standard brand
• Good knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel

Remuneration
N2, 400,000 per annum.
