Job Title: Head , Operations
Location: Lagos
Job Description: 

  • The Head Operations will oversee operational activities including claims management, issues resolution, Health Care Provider and Health Insurance Agents commissioning and contracting, and complaints resolution, and ensure efficient and excellent service delivery in line with the Agency's strategy and goals. 
  • The jobholder will drive operational excellence, manage and liaise with multiple stakeholders and partners to ensure performance performance goals are met.


QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or a health-related field
  • Postgraduate degree in Management, Health Insurance or Health Economics
  • Membership of clinical / healthcare professional body is added advantage

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of ten years relevant experience with at least five years in managerial capacity.

Job Title: HEAD Planning  Research
Location: Lagos 
Job Description:

  • The Head Planning, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation will lead comprehensive research and development programs and initiatives to support the Agency's growth; develop and implement a robust approach to monitor and evaluate its activities, value and impact; and support the attainment of set goals by providing research research and advisory support for strategic and operational planning. 
  • The jobholder will manage and coordinate the collation and analysis of relevant data such as utilization rates, medical loss ratio, satisfaction survey enrollment etc. to support planning, operations and decision making, and to ensure efficient and effective support of the Agency's goals and objectives.


QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Business or related field.
  • Post graduate degree will be added.


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of ten years experience in research, planning, monitoring and evaluation with at least five years in managerial capacity.
  • Experience in the public health sector or health-related programs is essential.

Job Title: Head  IT & Communication
Location: Lagos
Job Description:

  • The Head, IT & Communications is responsible for overseeing and managing information technology systems, applications and networks to support the Agency's strategic plans and goals. 
  • The jobholder will define core information technology requirements for effective operations of the Agency; provide direction and lead the operations of the IT & Communications department; work closely with decision makers across the Agency to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support technology solutions; define and implement IT policies and procedures and ensure sound practices.


QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in ICT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Certification Certification e.g. MCSE, MS SQL Server, Oracle DB.


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of eight years relevant experience with at least three years in managerial capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in design database, development, maintenance and security is essential.
  • Project management experience would be added advantage.

Job Title: Head Human Resources  & Administration

Job Description:

  • The Head, Human Resource and Administration (HRA) is responsible for developing and executing HR Strategies that align with the Agency's strategic intent and facilitates the achievement of set goals. 
  • The jobholder will ensure the implementation of sound and best-fit HR practices, lead efficient delivery of HR services, and drive employee engagement with impact on organizational performance. 
  • The Head, HR & A will also oversee key support services including Administration, Logistics and Fleet Management, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.


QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities or a related field
  • MBA or relevant Master's degree would be added
  • Professional HR qualification from a recognized body e.g. CIPM

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of fifteen years' relevant experience with at least five years in managerial capacity
  • Experience across HR disciplines including organizational development, talent management, recruitment, compensation and benefits,
  • learning and development, employee relationships, and development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Experience providing HR advisory support at management level and driving change

Job Description:

  • The Head, Finance & Accounts is responsible for financial planning and management and will oversee financial and accounting operations including budgeting, investments and treasury. 
  • The job holder is charged with the development and execution of finance strategies and plans, deployment and maintenance of effective control systems, timely and accurate financial reporting; implementation of systems, policies and procedures for efficient finance and accounting operations.

QUALIFICATION
