We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive administrator to join the Pricing and Inventory team. The Pricing and Inventory Executive will assist the wider Global P & I team in providing daily support across Digital advertising across BBC.com, World Service sites and topgear.com and bbcgoodfood.com.
Responsibility
- Pricing & Inventory
- Manage EMEA buyouts via the online calendar
- Work with P & I team to improve yield and maximize revenue
- Build out pricing packages on new and existing proposals for the sales team to take to market
- Deliver weekly inventory and monthly KPI reporting across the ad sales business
- Regularly communicate inventory and product updates
- Minimize risk and come up with proactive solutions to issue
- Communicate and over communicate best practices to EMEA sales teams and global P & I team
- Investigate and resolve delivery / performance issues on both programmatic and direct deals, including the monitoring of delivery with key advertising campaigns and optimize where necessary
- Work across the sales teams and develop a strong network of contacts.
- Cover off P & I work when team member is absent
- Assist P & I Manager with all EMEA plans to ensure they meet corporate wide sales policy
- Review plans for share of voice in key markets and double check rates
Programmatic support for reporting, education and working alongside sales teams
- Help out with the setup of PMP and Automated Guaranteed deals as and when required
- Make sure all programmatic campaigns are correctly entered into system and troubleshoot where necessary
- Co-ordinate with Trading Desks, Side Platforms, and SSPs
- Support with monthly programmatic numbers to ensure everything aligns
