JOB TITLE: Sales Expert In Security Door & Project Specifitions
LOCATION: Lagos

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting for potential new project opportunities in the commercial market
  • Track record of closing high value projects ($ 100,000.00 and above)
  • Completely work timely & accurately.
  • Comfortable in pressure environment with tight deadlines on reporting and sales delivery.
  • Specify, measure & close project from start to finish
  • Able to create accurate and complex spreadsheets for manufacturing details.
  • Manage orders placed by customers.
  • Manage order placed on factory to ensure timely delivery
  • Drive sales with distributors & contractors.
  • Liaise with procurement department to advise on stock requirements.
  • Schedule schedule with suppliers to make sure always up to date with the latest technologies and products available.
  • Identify and highlighting new products that will drive sales.
  • Weekly reporting on project progress in the market.
  • Identify and list construction projects in Nigeria.
  • Travel required to major hubs.
  • Competitive salary base with commission
  • Build and develop partnerships across corporate accounts to create proposal value for customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and key suppliers / distributors.
  • Identify and align resources effectively.
  • Manage allocated annual sales budgets.
 SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5years experience in construction & sales industry.
  • Previous experience in technology sales - security integration, building services, IT, communications or related field is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Sound aptitude sound;
  • Self-motivated, drive and intuitiveness;
  • Passionate about technology
  • Professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude.

JOB TITLE: Sales Executive - Electronic Lock
LOCATION: Lagos

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promoting and selling the various products offered by the company.
  • Track record of developing and growing key accounts.
  • Initiate & drive in store & online promotions with customers.
  • Completely work timely & accurately.
  • Comfortable in pressure environment with tight deadlines on reporting and sales delivery.
  • Weekly reporting on sales
  • Comfortable with presentations & cold calling to develop access control & electronic lock business.
  • Specify & calculate electronic lock offerings for customers.
  • Product training with clients and staff.
  • Advise on stock requirements to ensure we have correct stock requirements.
  • Identify new customers with correct market strategy highlighting opportunities that will grow business.
  • Maintaining the relationship with the existing clients.
  • Presenting the product in a structured professional way to potential clients.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Negotiating on prices, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process
  • which is largely dictated by the prospective client.
  • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
  • Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock.
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customer business and requirements.
  • Making accurate, fast cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Feeding future buying trends onto the system.
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleague.
  • Good salary with commission.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5years experience in electronic security sales industry.
  • Ability to carry and setup display stands.
  • Good customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing customer-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to put together retail type offering as well as negotiate with traditional & online retailers.
  • Product development strategy.
