Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator will support the Planning Department at the LNG facility in providing safe, efficient, reliable, and financially sound operations
He will report to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Should coordinate scheduled inspections and corrective maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain equipment records, system maintenance plans, schedules, and test forms within the SAP Plant Maintenance Module
- Attends daily and monthly planning meetings to provide input and coordinate work activities
- Supports the scheduling of outages, vendors services, and equipment shutdowns
- Prepares automated and manual work order packages, researches maintenance history and identifies required parts to ensure timely scheduling and completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
- Strategically runs walkdowns to verify engineering documents and assess plant conditions
- Determining material, manpower, and service requirements while supporting capital and O & M costs within the work order system
- Interfaces with technicians, supervisors, and operators to clarify issues about scope material, and testing requirements
- Creates requisitions for services materials, and parts for emergent work
- Submit required reports, as necessary, to meet Federal, State, and Local compliance regulations
- Monitors work activities to identify and resolve schedules impacts and conflicts.
- The ideal candidate must be a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with more than 10 years hands-on experience in LNG operating and maintenance tasks
- Experienced in leading Maintenance improvements processes and management
- Demonstrated experience in LNG maintenance
- Development and implementation of Competency Assurance Management Systems.
