Job Title: Shift Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Shift Production Supervisor will ensure that production volumes are met, in a safe and sustainable way with no incidents or harm to the environment, people or the asset through developed and motivated staff.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving targeted production volumes and LNG loading operations in a safe way by controlling DCS operations and LNG loading operations
- Responsible for issuing PTW to the respective maintenance supervisors for the routine plant maintenance
- Responsible for managing emergency response system
- Responsible for generating and issuing shift production reports
- Manage the KPI assigned for Shift Production team to ensure that the objective KPI department production is met.
- The ideal candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering and must have at least 10 years hands-on experience in LNG / Gas plant operations out of which 3 years must be as Shift Production Supervisor in an LNG plant.
