Background / Experience
You do not need a media qualifier to apply. You just need to be able to show us that you're passionate about Business & Support areas of the BBC and have a real desire to find out what the industry has to offer.

We have placements available in the following areas:
Media Action: Communications Team (February & March only - over 18)
We are offering the opportunity to support the busy team communicating the work of the BBC's international development charity to a range of audiences. There will be the chance to experience general PR tasks including general research, forward planning and helping maintain key databases / website. There may also be the opportunity to assist with publicity activities including events and social media. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in PR and communications or those wanting to work in an international environment.
Placement is five days a week for two weeks in February / March.

BBC Worldwide - Western Europe Sales Team (London - over 18)
BBC Worldwide 's Western Europe Sales team is responsible for selling the rights of BBC TV content to Western European customers. We are offering one person the opportunity to gain experience with the team on a two week job placement focussing on the work we do with our French clients. The successful candidate will experience working with data entry, systems and office administration. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the role that BBC Worldwide plays for the BBC Group and understand how we work with our customers.
