Queen Elizabeth II - The queen of England has been officially consented to the marriage between her grandson Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
This is in line with the Succession to the Crown Act of 2013, which states that the first six people in line with the throne must obtain the consent of the Queen before marrying.
The Queen, giving her official consent in an official statement, said:
Grandson Prince Henry Charles Albert David of Wales and Rachel Meghan Markle, which I consent to in the Great Seal and to be entered in the Books of the Privy Council.
The two are expected to marry in May 19.
